Cancellation Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order placed on our website, please notify us as soon as possible by telephoning on 01294 313348 and also following this up with an email to sales@kingscroftlogistics,co.uk. On receipt of your amended instructions, our staff will determine whether or not your order has been despatched and do our best to cancel the delivery to you. If goods have not left our facility, we can organise for a refund for you within 24 hours.

2. If your goods have already been despatched, we will request return of your delivery and on receipt of goods, refund your card minus delivery charges incurred.

3. If however goods are being manufactured for you and manufacture has commenced, any costs incurred for materials and time, will not be refundable. We will advise costs to date under these circumstances.
